Sybase Shi joined iDT in 2004 and was promoted to partner in 2008. During his career in iDT, Sybase has been involved in investment and management in eight portfolio companies in multi-sectors such as media, Internet & mobile service, education and new energy. He is currently a board director of three portfolio companies.

Before joining iDT, Sybase was a co-founder of an Internet service company. Prior to that, he had been with Nokia, China Putian Group and other enterprises for six years in areas of technology, marketing and management.

Sybase received a B.E. degree from Tsinghua University and a MBA degree from Peking University.
